Returns & Refunds

Every 34HD tumbler and water bottle is printed to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered or design preference.

If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items

• Time limit: contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• How to request: email cs@34hdstore.com with your order number and a photo of the problem (damage, defect, or the item you received).
• What you get: a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
• No return needed: you do not need to send the item back, and there is no return shipping fee or restocking fee.

Order cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change your order by emailing cs@34hdstore.com within 24 hours of placing it, for a full refund. After 24 hours your item has usually entered production and we can no longer cancel or change it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. After that, the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider: typically 5-10 business days for credit and debit cards, and 3-5 days for PayPal.

Incorrect address

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we will gladly reship it for a $6.95 reshipping fee.
