Both come with a handle and straw lid for easy, on-the-go use.

Our triple-wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks ice cold for up to 48 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. Results may vary slightly depending on the ambient temperature and how often you open the lid.

Yes — all 34HD tumblers are 100% leakproof when the lid is closed properly. The straw lid locks securely, so you can toss it in your bag without worry. We recommend checking that the lid is fully seated before carrying it sideways or upside down.

Yes — the base of our tumblers is designed to fit most standard car cupholders. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to grip and carry even when you're on the move.

Our tumblers are made from food-grade stainless steel with a triple-wall vacuum construction. The exterior features a durable printed coating that holds the design and resists everyday wear. Materials are BPA-free and safe for all cold and warm beverages.

Every 34HD tumbler is printed to order, just for you. We don't keep pre-printed stock — your tumbler is made specifically when you place your order. This means each piece is fresh, and designs stay sharp and vibrant.

We don't currently offer fully custom or personalized text designs, but our catalog covers a wide range of themes — from pet lovers and horror to graduation, gaming, and more.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout — we never store your card details.

Contact us at cs@34hdstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. After 24 hours, your tumbler has usually entered production and changes are no longer possible.

Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your tumbler ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking number. If you don't see either email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes. All transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways using SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order — so there are no surprises. Tax rates depend on your delivery location.

Every order goes through a 2–3 business day production window before it ships, because your tumbler is printed to order. After that:

• United States: 5–8 business days (total ~7–11 days)
• International: 15–28 days (total ~17–31 days)

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves our facility.

Shipping is free on all orders over $70. For orders below $70, rates start from $4.95 (US) and $5.95 (international), based on order value. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 15–28 days after production. Please note that import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime and enter your order number to check the latest status.

Email us at cs@34hdstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update the address before production begins. After that window, we can no longer guarantee a change.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, a $6.95 reshipping fee applies.

Because every tumbler is printed to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if something is wrong with your order — damaged, incorrect, or missing — we'll take care of it right away.

We're sorry to hear that. Email us at cs@34hdstore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Once we confirm your refund, it takes around 3–5 days to process on our side. After that, the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider — typically 5–10 business days for credit/debit cards and 3–5 days for PayPal.

We recommend hand washing your tumbler to preserve the print quality and extend the life of the insulation. High heat from dishwashers can affect the exterior coating and vacuum seal over time. The lid and straw can be washed separately with warm soapy water.

Yes — our tumblers are safe for both hot and cold beverages. Hot drinks are kept warm for up to 12 hours. We recommend using the lid carefully with hot liquids and avoiding drinks above 140°F (60°C) when using the straw, to prevent burns.

Rinse the straw and lid with warm water after each use. For a deeper clean, use a small straw brush and mild dish soap. Make sure both are fully dry before reassembling to avoid any odor buildup.

With proper care, the print should stay vibrant for a long time. To protect the design, avoid harsh scrubbing on the exterior, keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight, and hand wash rather than using a dishwasher.

No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, having an account makes it easier to track orders, view your purchase history, and manage your details for future purchases.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — just click it and you'll be removed from our list within 24 hours. You can also email us at cs@34hdstore.com and we'll handle it for you. Transactional emails (order confirmations, tracking) will still be sent as needed.
