Privacy Policy

your trust matters

34HD cares deeply about protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and store it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

Introduction

34HD ("we", "us") places great importance on protecting the privacy and personal information of everyone who uses our website, products, and services. When you shop with us, we may collect and use certain information about you.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and transfer that information — and how you can access, update, or delete it. If you have any questions, email us at cs@34hdstore.com.

Information we collect & use

We collect information when you register, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or respond to a survey. This may include:

  • Basic details — name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, and email
  • Network identifiers — account name, IP address, and email
  • Transaction data — orders, purchase history, and rewards such as coupons
  • Device information — hardware model, device identifiers, and operating system

We use this information only for the purposes described below.

1 · Running your shopping experience

Account registration. To become a 34HD customer you may create an account, which requires at least an account name, password, and email address.

Browsing & search. We may use device and browser information to display products clearly, help you find what you're looking for, and keep improving the experience.

Placing an order. When you check out, we generate an order that includes your recipient name, delivery address, order number, items purchased, amount due, and payment method. We use this to verify your identity, confirm and settle the transaction, arrange delivery, answer order questions, provide support, and detect anything unusual to protect you.

Payment. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers. To complete your payment, we share only your order number and amount with them — the payment step itself does not collect your personal information for us.

Delivery. Our shipping partners use your order information solely to deliver your parcel safely.

Customer service. Our team may use your account and order information to verify your identity and help with questions, changes, or after-sales support.

2 · Improving our products & services

We may use your order history, browsing activity, and preferences to show you products you're likely to be interested in and to make your results more relevant.

3 · Keeping transactions secure

To protect your account and prevent fraud or phishing, we may review browsing and order information, common software, and device information to assess risk, flag risky links, analyze system issues, and troubleshoot.

When we may use information without separate authorization

In limited situations permitted by law, we may use personal information without additional consent — for example:

  1. Matters related to national or public security, public health, or major public interest
  2. Matters related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments
  3. To protect someone's life, property, or other major rights when consent can't reasonably be obtained
  4. Information you have already made public, or that comes from lawfully public sources such as news reports or government disclosures
  5. Where necessary to fulfil a contract you've requested, or to keep our services running safely and reliably
  6. Other circumstances required by applicable laws and regulations

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in line with this policy, to deliver and improve our products and services. The information you provide stays authorized for as long as you use our services, unless you delete it or opt out through your settings. When you close your account, we stop using and delete your personal information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside parties. We do share it with trusted partners who help us run our store — hosting, payments, delivery, and communications — but only so far as they agree to keep it confidential. We may also disclose information when required to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, others, or us.

Information protection

You're responsible for keeping your username and password safe. We recommend a strong password, changed regularly, and never reusing the same login across multiple sites.

On our side, we use a range of security measures, including a secure server. Sensitive payment details are transmitted using SSL encryption and passed to our payment gateway, accessible only to authorized personnel bound to keep it confidential. After a transaction, your private payment details are not stored on our servers.

Cookies & similar technologies

Cookies

To personalize your experience, we place small data files called cookies on your device. The cookies assigned to you are unique and readable only by the server in the domain that issued them. We use them to simplify repeat logins, remember your shopping preferences and cart, tailor content, and help confirm your login status and account security.

We only use cookies for the purposes described here. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser at any time. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your settings to refuse them — though some features may then need to be set again on each visit, and previously saved information may be lost.

Web beacons & similar technologies

We may also use web beacons (small electronic images, sometimes called single-pixel GIFs) to count visits, recognize registered users via cookies, and provide personalized services.

Protection of minors

In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are directed to people aged 13 and older.

We take the privacy of minors seriously. If you are under 18, you should obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using our products or services. Where we collect a minor's information with such consent, we only use or disclose it as permitted by law, with explicit guardian consent, or where necessary to protect the minor.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the disclosure of personal data in situations outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Data exposed because you shared your password or account with others
  • Leaks, loss, theft, or alteration caused by force majeure — such as hacking, viruses, or disruptions beyond our control

Notice & revision

As our business grows, we may update this policy to keep serving you well. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without your clear consent, and we'll post any updated version here before it takes effect. Please check back so you're aware of the latest version.
